According to the latest feedback from Cixi construction department in Ningbo, the first methanol hydrogen fuel cell production base in China, which is planned by Palcan company, Most of the construction work has been completed in January 2021, The No.1 and No.3 standard production plants, R & D studio, administrative offices and staff dormitory buildings have been completed. Now they are decorating and arranging equipments and facilities. The completion ceremony will be held in the first quarter of 2021, and it can be officially put into production.

The base is located in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, with a total area of 130000 square meters and a total investment of 110 million US dollars. Including new standard plant, R & D studios and offices, staff dormitory and living area, it also includes power supply system, water supply and drainage system, greening etc.

This project is of great and far-reaching significance to both the new energy industry and Cixi government. Dr. Shen, chairman of the group, has attached great importance to this issue and has visited the site for many times.
