Palcan - guangxi beitou energy investment group co.，ltd - Nanning Liangqing District People's Government jointly signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement for <12gw Methanol Reforming Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industrialization Project>. with a total investment of about 9 billion yuan. Dr. Shen, chairman of palcan attended the signing ceremony.
The project is planning to build an annual output of 12gw of methanol reforming hydrogen fuel cell products(MRHFC). including 600000 sets of 5kW, 210000 sets of 20kW and 80000 sets of 60kW, as well as the general assembly and manufacturing of core components such as stack, bipolar plate, MEA, proton exchange membrane, carbon paper and catalyst etc.
The project is invested and constructed in three phases, with a total investment of about 4.3 billion yuan in the first phase. The project is committed to build the first whole industrial chain of MRHFC terminal products in China. And it is the largest production base of in the world.
This project will promote the development of MRHFC industry and new energy vehicles, At same time accelerate the Guangxi economy improvement, and help the realization of the national green and low-carbon development strategy.
